The Book Smuggler’s Den is a book review site that promotes children’s and young adult authors. Here, you’ll find the best kids lit and knowledgable children’s authors that we believe have done a fabulous job at crafting a story. Additionally, we love to interview anyone involved in the publishing process, including editors, illustrators, publishers, audiobook narrators, and marketers.

Find Your Next Read

Reading is one of the most relaxing activities one can do! A good piece of literature opens up the mind and teaches us to slow down and stop to smell the roses. Browse through our issues and book reviews and pick up a good read! You can only fit so many reads in a year, and here in the Den, you’ll be able to find literature that is trending today.

 

Book Tours

Blog tours are virtual book tours where, every day during the tour (normally lasting 1-2 weeks), the author/book is scheduled to appear on specific blogs on each day. Tour stops are a mix of reviews, interviews, guest posts, and excerpts, along with a giveaway. The Book Smuggler’s Den gladly participates in book tours as long as it fits within the genres we read. Giveaways

Who doesn’t love getting free entertainment? Give readers a chance to get a free copy of your book with the Book Smuggler’s Den giveaways. We’ll get the word out to our followers that we have yet another fantastic read they can get for free. Giveaways are another marketing tool to use to get reviews on Goodreads, Amazon, and wherever your book is sold. There is no cost to you, the author, to use the Den’s giveaway promotion.

Author Interviews

The Book Smuggler’s Den loves talking to authors! Everyone has a different writing style and process of writing a book. The Den is a community where we can all learn from one another. Whether you are in the process of publishing a book, or have already done so, we’d like to talk with you!
